Karsh\Hagan created Social Animals to help their client, American Crew, make the most of its redesigned social pages. The book outlines timelines, tone of voice, and best practices for interacting on sites like YouTube, Flickr, Twitter and Facebook. I love this book for so many reasons. I love the clean design and the iconography that has grown so recognizable to our society. I also really enjoy the layout of the book; the first page is a title in large bold letters and the second page dives deeper into the issue using infographics and icons.
